The Gift of Crisis Ch. 2 Excerpt

Sunday Meditative Guidance:

Hold the vision of what you would like to see manifest in your life and in this world. You must hold in your awareness what you would like to see manifest until it becomes a reality. Hold clear visions of your personal aspirations, goals, dreams, and ideas, while also holding the space for visions of peace, collaboration, and love for the collective whole.

All mental, physical, emotional and spiritual movement first begins as an idea. Then the idea becomes a feeling to inspire personal action. The action creates momentum in the belief that the idea you hold is possible, and then that idea ultimately emerges in your life, or as your life.

You have questioned if you can really create and have the life you want to live.

Know that you can.

But it first begins with the idea of what you want to create, how you nurture the idea through daily inspired action, or how you sabotage the idea through fear, doubt and excessive worry.

Your idea and vision for your life is nurtured when you believe in it; when you create a feeling of belief in your body that allows space for it to grow.

You nurture the vision for your life when you act upon daily inspiration that tries to move you in the direction of your vision.

You nurture the vision for your life when you know that the expression of it is also a manifestation of love. The love manifests in the form of service you give to the world by expressing your gifts.

And you sabotage the vision for your life when your doubt is stronger than your belief. Every doubtful and fearful thought chips away at the foundation of the belief, and the possibility of the life and vision you hold becoming your daily reality.

You can have the life you dream of, but you have to believe you can.

Step into belief and step towards what you want for your life. Step towards what you want to give to the world.

Step into faith, because nothing less will do.
